The TGSW—1P water level scale generator outputs digital image signals corresponding to scale graduations. These signals are superimposed on the incoming water level video signal and then transmitted to the monitor. The screen displays the water level image overlaid with digital values and scale markings, enabling operators to observe the drum water level in a real, intuitive and quantitative manner.
This instrument supports dual side scale display and can simultaneously indicate the liquid level of the left and right drum water gauges. It is equipped with adjustable functions for scale width, horizontal position and brightness, so that the generated digital scale can adapt to various on site conditions and achieve optimal viewing effect.
Installed at the monitor side far from the measuring site, the instrument is free from the impact of drum water, steam and high temperature. It features long term stable and reliable operation.
