Description

Air Distribution Manifold
  • Ball valves, plug valves, and needle valves are optional for outlet and vent connections.
  • Optional handle colors: red, yellow, green, and blue.
  • Each manifold is leak-tested with nitrogen at maximum working pressure before shipment.
  • Main pipe size: NPS 3/4 to 2 or equivalent
  • Number of branch outlets: 4 to 48
  • Materials: 316, 304 stainless steel and carbon steel available
  • Connections:

Inlet: 1" ASME, EN and GB flanges; 1" pipe thread

Outlets: 1/4 to 1/2 pipe thread; 1/2" to 12 mm double ferrule

  • Vent connections: 1/4 to 1/2 pipe thread

Acetal seat: -28°C to 121°C (-20°F to 250°F)

PEEK seat: -28°C to 204°C (-20°F to 400°F)

PFA seat: -28°C to 204°C (-20°F to 400°F)

  • Non-rotating lower stem with ball and plug tip design.
  • Multiple seat and seal material options available.
  • Valve features back-seating in fully open position.
  • Rolled or extruded threads for improved mechanical properties.
  • Stem thread grease is isolated from process media.
  • Adjustable packing gland without removing the valve from service.
  • Multiple color handle options available.
  • Handles secured with screws at both ends for stability and durability.

Stainless steel, Alloy C-276: 414 bar (6000 psig)

Alloy 400: 345 bar (5000 psig)

  • Working temperature:

PTFE packing: -54°C to 232°C (-65°F to 450°F)

Graphite packing: -54°C to 649°C (-65°F to 1200°F)

  • Internal orifice: 4.0 mm (0.157"); Flow coefficient (Cv): 0.35
  • Two-piece stem design: Upper stem threads are specially hardened; lower stem is polished and hardened.
  • The lower stem moves linearly instead of rotating, significantly reducing total friction area per stroke.
  • Non-rotating lower stem prevents galling between the valve tip and seat during closure caused by rotational compression.
  • Stem thread grease is isolated from process media.
  • Valve features back-seating in fully open position.
  • Handles secured with screws at both ends for stability and durability.
