Guided Wave Radar Level Gauge

Designed for extreme industrial conditions, the Guided Wave Radar (GWR) level meter features a core structure of multi-stage sealing and thermal isolation. It enables stable measurement under ultra-high pressure of 40MPa and ultra-high temperature of 450℃. With superior steam barrier performance, it has become the preferred solution for level measurement in extreme scenarios such as high-temperature and high-pressure reaction kettles and steam tanks.

Description

Core Advantages
1. Ultra-High Pressure & High Temperature Resistance
Integrated with ceramic + graphite seals, a PEEK thermal insulation layer, and perfluoroethylene sealing rings, it constructs an ultimate protective structure capable of withstanding 40MPa / 450℃. It effectively resors high-pressure impacts and steam infiltration, ensuring reliable operation with zero leakage.

2. High Precision & Anti-Interference
Adopting microwave measurement principle and equipped with a three-layer anti-interference architecture (directional transmission, material shielding, and algorithmic filtering), it achieves a high measurement accuracy of ±2.5mm. It easily handles complex interferences from electromagnetic, mechanical, and multi-phase media.

3. Steam Compensation & Stability
Built-in steam compensation algorithm supports both automatic and manual compensation modes. It guarantees the authenticity and long-term stability of level measurement under steam-containing conditions.
