SC Series

1. Cylinders manufactured from seamless tubing with uniform wall thickness, consistent dimensions, and accurate volume.
2. Cold-formed NPT internal threads with high strength, available in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 sizes.
3. Thickened end port section with high strength to effectively prevent port expansion.
4. Fully penetrating gas-tungsten arc welding (GTAW) to prevent potential leaks.
5. Volume range: 40 cm³ to 3785 cm³.
6. Working pressures: 34 bar (500 psig), 124 bar (1800 psig), and 345 bar (5000 psig).
7. Materials: 304L, 316L stainless steel, and Alloy 400 options available.
8. Each unit is hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times the working pressure, fully compliant with DOT-4B or DOT-SP7458 standards.
9. Manufactured in accordance with TSG regulations.

Micro Sample Cylinders (MC Series)

1. Maximum working pressure: 68.9 bar (1000 psig).
2. Volumes: 10, 25, and 50 cm³.
3. Single-ended and double-ended configurations available.
4. Connection types: 3/8" compression fittings, 1/4" male pipe, and 3/8" butt weld ends.
5. 316 material effectively prevents corrosion.
6. Single-sided welding with double-sided penetration structure.
