High Pressure Metering Valves

Product Introduction

1. Barrel ring and sleeve fineadjustment design for precise repeat positioning.
2. Each division on the barrel ring represents 0.025".
3. The sleeve is divided into 25 divisions, each representing a stem movement of 0.001".
4. One full turn represents a stem movement of 0.025".
5. Precision metering valves do not have shutoff capability.
6. Minimum flow is at the factoryset “0” position. Operating below “0” will damage the metering valve.
7. If shutoff capability is required, use a valve with shutoff function in series, such as the 15B, 20B, 15N, 20N, 30N or 60N series valves.
8. Packing is located below the stem threads.
9. The packing gland locks securely.
10. Extendedpacking graphitepacked valves are rated for 1200 °F (649 °C).
